Exposed Prices

All prices are VAT included, net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotional codes.


Upon specific customer request, an invoice can be requested when ordering.


All items offered by are covered by the original warranty. Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products we sell.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary based on the location and weight of the package. However, they will always be clearly visible at the time of purchase.

Right of withdrawal offers its customers the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be reimbursed as required by current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree No. 185/99) establishes a useful term for making use of the right of withdrawal quantified in 14 days from receipt of the goods. The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original complete packaging in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed. The transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer. Warning! Products sent after the deadline to our warehouse and without the above requirements, CANNOT be refunded. Products opened from their original packaging and products used even minimally (eg Sprayed) will NOT be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must also choose from one of the following possibilities:

- Purchase voucher issued: to be spent within one year from the date of issue, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit.

- Replacement of the goods

- Money back in the method used for the purchase, within 30 days of receipt of the return. reserves the right to examine the returned goods to evaluate any damage or tampering not caused by transport. In all cases of return of the goods, the transport costs are charged to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Before returning the product to us, make sure you have all the requirements to exercise the right of withdrawal, under penalty of refusal of the return with the relative shipping costs at your expense for returning the product.

Delivery conditions

Delivery locations makes deliveries in Italy and Europe by GLS express courier.

Delivery times and methods

Delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances. reserves from 1 to 3 working days for finding the goods, packaging and for processing the order. In calculating delivery days, Saturday, Sunday and holidays should not be considered.

How to behave when the product is delivered

In order to make our service more efficient we advise you to check the conditions of the packaging at the time of delivery. If the package is not perfectly intact, Collect it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery Pod clearly affix the wording "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package". If the parcel is seriously damaged so as to have certainly caused damage to the internal contents, reject the goods asking clearly to always put on the Pod the words "REFUSED GOODS damaged parcel". Also check the exact correspondence of the number of packages. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly.
