Collistar Double Effect Wet & Dry Eyeshadow - A special dual-use “cooked” eyeshadow. It is applied with a dry brush for a luminous and transparent effect, with the brush moistened for a more opaque and long-lasting make-up. Based on ultra-pearly powders, it contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and UV filters for an effective moisturizing and anti-aging action. Dry applied: semi-transparent, bright color. Applied with a wet brush: more covering, pearly and long-lasting color.
